Certification : Certified since 2023 in “Organic farming”
Vinification/aging : Grapes harvested at perfect maturity. Ageing: 10 months in oak barrels and lightning on fine lees. Renewal of barrels by 1/3. Batonnage on the lees until July then massing.
Taste and nose : A magnificent vintage full of roundness and length expressing notes of overripe fruit (quince, orange, etc.) and slightly vanilla. This wine will surprise you with its unique freshness.
Food pairing : Gourmet wine that goes well with foie gras, white meats (turkeys, chicken with morel sauce). It is therefore combined with more advanced dishes.
