Vinification/aging : Vinification and aging in stainless steel vats with a relatively short maceration to preserve the gourmet and fruity side of the wine.

Taste and nose : Light and fruity red wine, brilliant garnet color with purplish reflections. Fine and very typical nose: stone fruits (wild cherry, plum), spices. Generous palate while remaining fresh and delicious. Tension ending with a hint of vanilla.

Food pairing : Wine of sharing, conviviality and friends. It is drunk as an aperitif with a mixed charcuterie & cheese platter as well as during meals accompanied by warm and friendly dishes.
