Here is an appellation of the Center de la Loire which is gaining more and more notoriety; it is found on the tables of Parisian bistros. And for good reason, it is an intense, fruity wine, in three colours, red, white, rosé, ideal for lunches. It is the only Centre-Loire appellation that offers a blend of grape varieties (red). Come and discover it!
