Soils/exposure : Terroir composed mainly of limestone scree.
Certification : The entire vineyard is certified in “Organic Agriculture”.
Vinification/aging : Manual harvest. Sorting in the cellar, destemming, long maceration, pumping over, shedding and manual trapping. Aging 18 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters.
Taste and nose : This wine has a deep red color with beautiful sparkles. Powerful aromas of sweet spices, black fruits and liquorice, where toasted and mocha notes mingle on the finish. Aging: 10 years
