Vinification/aging : The grapes are picked manually and pressed directly into whole harvests. The alcoholic fermentation takes place quickly enough to keep a maximum of aromas. Ageing: it takes place in vats, on fine lees. The wine is bottled in early spring.
Taste and nose : A fruit wine of great breadth with gourmet aromas of small red fruits (crushed strawberries, currants and cherries); a wine with the colors of summer.
Food pairing : This wine goes well with spicy dishes (curry, tajines), charcuterie (bbq), salads, or pizza/quiches.
