Vinification/aging : Plot selection of 1ha. Direct pressing followed by cold settling (below 4°) for 48-72 hours. Alcoholic fermentation under temperature control for 15 days. Aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Bottling from September.
Taste and nose : The nose releases scents of yellow peach tinged with a vegetal touch. The mouth confirms the fruity aromas. Very round, balanced wine with good length.
Food pairing : This wine will go well as an aperitif with Crottins de Chavignol, shellfish and seafood, as a dish either with fishin Hollandaise sauce or white meats with cream.
