Certification : Organic Agriculture since 2016 and Demeter (biodynamics) since 2021, in the process of conversion to biodynamics.
Vinification/aging : Manual harvest. Fermentation and vinification in concrete vats and aging on the lees for a minimum of 8 months. No input added during vinification and aging. Sulphited wine at 3gr/hl at the 1st sulphiting.
Taste and nose : This wine expresses delicious notes of peach, pear and citrus accompanied by a sweet floral touch (honeysuckle). A beautiful minerality also shines through, coupled with a material that is both lively and round.
Food pairing : This wine will go perfectly with starters and fish. It is the ideal companion for seafood and fish in sauce.
