Vinification/aging : Manual harvest. Fermentation and aging in concrete vats. No input added during vinification and aging. Sulphited wine at 3gr/hl at the 1st sulphiting.

Taste and nose : Magnificent infusion of red and black fruits! Crunchy to perfection, aromas of cherry, raspberry and blackberry are expressed in this excellent wine that will fill you with pleasure.

Food pairing : A perfectly juicy cuvée which is sufficient on its own as an aperitif and which will go perfectly with poultry or goat’s cheese.
