Vinification/aging : Manual harvest. Fermentation and vinification in egg-shaped concrete vats. Aging on lees for 1 year.

Taste and nose : Complex nose combining fruitiness and the iodized side, gun-powder flavour coming from the flint.

Food pairing : Wine that goes perfectly with seafood, shellfish highlighting the iodized side of the wine.
