Certification : Organic Agriculture since 2016 and Demeter (biodynamics) since 2021, in the process of conversion to biodynamics
Vinification/aging : Manual harvest. Grape pressing at harvest. Fermentation and aging in concrete vats, 6 months minimum. No input added during vinification and aging. Sulphited wine at 3gr/hl at the 1st sulphiting.
Taste and nose : Salmon rose, the dress is lit up with beautiful silver reflections. Expressive and fruity nose (red forest fruits and berries). Well-balanced wine with a nice acidity which allows to have a good balance and a little length in the mouth.
