Soils/exposure : Terres Blanches (Kimmeridgian) and “caillottes”, shallow, stony and limestone soils.

Vinification/aging : It is vinified in “grey”, that is to say immediately pressed after the harvest. Fermentation takes place at a temperature maintained between 16 and 20°C and the settingbottle takes place in early spring.
Taste and nose : Salmon rose, the dress is lit up with beautiful silver reflections. Expressive and fruity nose (red forest fruits and berries). Well-balanced wine with a nice acidity which allows to have a good balance and a little length in the mouth.
Food pairing : It goes perfectly with charcuterie, white meats and spicy dishes but can be served throughout the meal.
