Taste and nose : Dress with straw shades. Intense notes of yellow fruit and broom shoots. The palate is ample and complex. A beautiful material where the freshness supports the richness of the whole in a beautiful balance. A beautiful presence in the mouth as well as on the finish.
Food pairing : This wine will be enjoyed with a seafood platter, chicken with tarragon, veal blanquette or more simply with a variety of local cheeses.
