Age of the vines : 35 years
Certification : HVE and ISO 14001.
Vinification/aging : Mechanical harvesting. Direct pressing for 2/3, maceration on the skin for 1/3 and fermentation at controlled temperature (18°). Vinification in vats and blending. Two rackings, filtration and bottling.
Taste and nose : Tender rose color barely nuanced with salmon. Nose floral notes with fruity nuances reminiscent of white peach. Beautiful presence on the palate, with a balance expressing white fruits and citrus touches. The final, persistent, is of a beautiful scale.
