Vinification/aging : Mechanical harvesting. Direct pressing with pneumatic press and juice selection. Cold settling. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Aged in stainless steel vats.
Taste and nose : Pale yellow robe. Frank and expressive nose with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers. Mouth: small amyl touches and great freshness. Good presence in the final.
Food pairing : This wine will go well with both refined and family cuisine. Milanese veal cutlet, lemon-flavoured chicken fillets, or more rustic, a good grilled Jargeau andouillette.
