Vinification/aging : Manual harvest. Pneumatic press. Cold static settling. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 18-20°C. No malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees until May.
Taste and nose : Aromas of very smooth white flowers, yellow fruits reminiscent of apricot. Concentrated, full and very round, this wine opens out on the palate with extreme finesse accompanied by fairly long notes of hazelnut.
