Vinification/aging : Manual harvest. Maceration for about 8 days between 25 and 30°. Two daily pumpings. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Vacuum bottling. Use of natural corks. Breeding for a minimum of one month before marketing.
Taste and nose : With a ruby color, this wine presents aromas of delicious red fruits (cherry-raspberry). On the palate, it is a sensation of suppleness and enveloping freshness that accompanies the red fruits. The fine tannic expression gives it all its elegance.
Food pairing : A wine that goes wonderfully with meat and fish.
