  • Soils/exposure : Calcareous soil of the “caillotte” type, slope located on a hillside of Ménétréol. 4.8ha vineyard located in the heart of this plot.
  • Age of the vines : 20-25 years old
  • Yield : 50 hl/ha
  • Certification : Organic Agriculture since 2014
  • Vinification/aging : Manual harvest. Maceration for about 8 days between 25 and 30°. Two daily pumpings. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Vacuum bottling. Use of natural corks. Breeding for a minimum of one month before marketing.
  • Taste and nose : With a ruby color, this wine presents aromas of delicious red fruits (cherry-raspberry). On the palate, it is a sensation of suppleness and enveloping freshness that accompanies the red fruits. The fine tannic expression gives it all its elegance.
