Certification : HVE level 3 since 2019 and at the end of the conversion to AB
Vinification/aging : Harvestmechanical. Winemaking traditional: maceration for 3 weeks, aging in vats for 4-6 months.
Taste and nose : Deep garnet color with purple reflections. Intense nose with notes of ripe fruit (cherries, blackberries). The mouth is supple, balanced with silky and structuring tannins. A finale long on spicy notes and notes of liquorice giving freshness to the wine.
Food pairing : Wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with charcuterie, tapas, a pizza or a plate of cheeses.
