Soils/exposure : Blend of around thirty plots with clay-limestone and Kimmeridgian marl soils. 80% marl and 20% limestone.
Age of the vines : 40 years
Certification : Certified since 2023 in “Organic farming”
Vinification/aging : Direct pressing in a pneumatic press, alcoholic fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats for a minimum of 6 months depending on the plot.
Taste and nose : Notes of white-fleshed fruits (peach) with a tighter finish (citrus aromas).
Food pairing : Aperitif wine or wine that goes well with a seafood, fish or goat cheese platter.
