Vinification/aging : Manual harvest. Rosé from maceration, alcoholic fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.

Taste and nose : Notes of red berries, amyl notes (or English candy). In the mouth, very nice fruitiness balanced by a nice acidity.

Food pairing : Fruity wine that goes perfectly with spicy dishes, as an aperitif with charcuterie or with salads, pizzas or quiches.
