Certification : Certified since 2023 in “Organic farming”
Vinification/aging : Grapes harvested at perfect maturity. Ageing: 10 months in acacia barrels on fine lees. Renewal of barrels by 1/3. Batonnage on the lees until July then massing.
Taste and nose : A fine and elegant cuvée combining notes of white flowers (acacia), slightly smoky and fruity notes (pear).
Food pairing : Gastronomic wine that goes well with scallops, lobster, fish and any white meat (veal rice) in sauce. It is therefore combined with more advanced dishes.
