Characteristics of this wine :

  • Soils/exposure : Granites. “Locus”, place in Latin, begins on the fabulous land of Clisson, not far from the city of Nantes.
  • Age of the vines : Thirty years.
  • Yield : 55-65 hl/ha
  • Vinification/aging : Pneumatic pressing and cold settling of the grape juice. Aging on fine lees in underground vats for 6 months.
  • Taste and nose : Subtle slightly lemony aromas, grapefruit and floral notes. The lively and fresh mouth, with notes of lime, offers a tension all in salinity and minerality
  • Food pairing : Oysters, seafood and crustaceans, dishes based on white-fleshed fish
