Vinification/aging : Pneumatic pressing and cold settling of the grape juice. Aging on fine lees in temperature-controlled vats.
Taste and nose : Expressive nose, very fruity (passion fruit, lychees and citrus fruits such as orange). Very nice balance between the nose and the mouth which reveals a certain freshness while being greedy.
Food pairing : Seafood, goat cheese, fish in sauce bouillabaisse or with langoustine or lobster, simply as an aperitif.
