Vinification/aging : Mechanical harvesting. Pre-fermentation cold maceration of 3/4 days. Alcoholic fermentation for 10 days then aging in stainless steel vats and enamelled tolle vats. Malolactic fermentation then bottling in June.
Taste and nose : Red robe with deep purple reflections. Nose complex with fruitiness (strawberry-raspberry) and herbaceous notes. In mouth we findmaterial and mash. After aeration, notes of well-cooked strawberry/black fruit compote are balanced with vegetal notes bringing a certain freshness. This wine is distinguished by its robust structure and its notes of candied fruit, 2020 vintage effect. Aptitude for aging.
